What it is like
A shrub. It grows partly attached to other plants. The branches hang down. The leaves are sword shaped and 2-3 cm long. They are hairy. The flowers are white and red in groups in the axils of leaves.

A tropical plant. It has been recorded at 3,000 m above sea level.
