What it is like

A herb. It grows each year from seed. It grows 30-140 cm tall. It can be woody in the lower parts. The stems are very hairy. The leaves have 4-10 pairs of leaflets. These are narrowly sword shaped and 4 cm long. They have silvery grey hairs underneath. The flowers are in loose groups 20 cm long opposite the leaves.
