What it is like

A medium sized tree. The leaves are alternate, entire and toothed. The flower is at the ends of branches or in long flower stalks. The fruit are small and about 4 seeds each.

There are about 50 Ehretia species.


Where it is found

A tropical plant. They are common in primary and secondary forest at low altitude in the Philippines from northern Luzon to the Visayas.
