A small tree. It grows 13 m tall. The trunk is 25 cm across. The bark is grey-brown and flaky. The fruit are produced on the trunks. The fruit are red.
Where it is found
It is a tropical plant. In Papua New Guinea it has been recorded on Manus Island.
