What it is like
A tree. It grows 20-25 m tall. The trunk can be 30 cm across. The leaves are dark green on top and light green underneath. The flowers are pink. They are in clusters on the trunk and branches. The fruit are shiny and red to purple.
The fruit is used as medicine and is possibly eaten.

A tropical plant. It grows on mountain sides.
