What it is like

A tree. It grows 10-35 m tall. The leaves are broadly oval. They are 8-15 cm long by 3-6 cm wide. The fruit is oval and fleshy. It is 3 cm logn by 1.5 cm wide.

There are about 40 Mangifera species. An unresolved name in The Plant List.


Where it is found

A tropical plant. It grows in dense forests. They grow in the humid tropics. It grows in evergreen forests at about 650 m above sea level.
