What it is like
A herb or small shrub. It grows 80 cm high. It can branch just below the flower. The stem is rounded or 4 sided. The leaves are papery and narrowly oval. They are 4-9 cm long by 1-2 cm wide. The flowers are on a loose spike 25-30 cm long. The flowers are small and purple.
