What it is like
A shrub or small tree. It grows 1-10 m tall. The stems are hairy. The leaves are simply and 5-25 cm long by 4-25 cm wide. The flowering shoots are 3-16 cm long. The fruit are 4-4.5 cm long by 2.5-3.5 cm wide. They are green with white spots. The seeds are 3.5-5 mm long by 3-4 mm wide.

It is a tropical plant. It grows between 100-1,000 m above sea level.
