What it is like
A shrub. It grows 1-2 m tall. The branches are spreading. The leaves are oval and 2-5 cm long by 1-3 cm wide. There are grey hairs underneath. The flowers are in groups of 15-20 and the flowers are 5-7 mm across. The petals are white. The fruit are spreading follicles.
Where it is found
It is a temperate plant. It grows in open and semi-shaded places in forests between 200-2,500 m above sea level. In Sichuan.
