What it is like

A shrub. It grows 1-2 m tall. The branches are hairy. The flowers are yellow. The pods are cylinder shaped. They are 20-22 cm long and 1 cm wide.

There are 100 Cassia species. This group has been revised to a smaller more consistent group. Also as Caesalpinaceae.
