What it is like
A tree. It grows 25 m tall. The trunk is 50 cm across. It can have buttresses 1 m tall. The leaves are alternate and 12-17 cm long by 4-6 cm wide. The can be many flowers in a group in the axils of leaves. They are cream to white. The fruit are yellow. They are 2-3 cm long by 3 cm wide.
Where it is found
It is a tropical plant. It grows in the lower mountain rainforest between 700-1,000 m above sea level.
