What it is like

A shrub. It grows 1-3 m tall. The small branches are purple to brown. They are hairy. There are a few curved prickles. The leaves have leaflets along the stalk and one at the end. There are 7-9 leaflets. The leaflets are oval and 4-7 cm long by 2-4 cm wide. The fruit are yellow and turn red to purple when ripe. They are 0.8-1.2 cm across.
