What it is like
A slightly climbing herb. The leaves are rounded and flat. They are deeply heart shaped at the base. They have a white coating underneath. The flowers are in groups of 1-3 in the axils of leaves. They are tube shaped and 6 cm long. The fruit is a yellow berry.
Where it is found
A tropical plant. In Nepal it grows between 250-460 m above sea level.

The leaves and young shoots are eaten as a vegetable. The flowers are eaten.
