What it is like
An evergreen shrub. It grows 40 cm high. It has an aroma. The branches are rough and scaly. The leaves are narrowly oval and 1-3 cm long. They are rough on top and have brown scales underneath. The flowers are pale yellow or dull white. They have a scent.
Where it is found
It is a temperate plant. It grows between 3000-4500 m altitude in Uttar Pradesh in India.
