What it is like
A herb. It keeps growing from year to year. The stem is 50 cm long by 1-2 cm wide. This has triangle shaped scale-like leaves. There are 4-10 flowering stems that arise from this stem.
Where it is found
It is a subtropical plant. It grows on rocky slopes between 3,500-5,400 m above sea level. In Sichuan and Yunnan.
