What it is like
A herb. The stems are 50 cm along. The leaves are divided into leaflets along the stalk. The leaflets are usually twice divided. The flowers are violet with petals 6-8 mm long.
There are about 200 Erodium species.
Where it is found
It is a Mediterranean climate plant.
