What it is like
A small tree. It grows 5-18 m tall. It can be 30 m tall and have a trunk 70 cm across. It has aerial roots. The leaves have 1-7 leaflets. The flowers are creamy-white. The fruit are round and 11 cm across.

It is a tropical plant. It grows on sandy and rocky beaches and in mangroves.
