What it is like
A woody creeper. It has white latex. The leaves are opposite. They have lobes at the base and bulge in the middle then taper towards the tip. The fruit are pod-like capsules. These have several seeds with long silky hairs.
Where it is found
It is a tropical plant. In Fiji it grows between 50 and 520 m altitude. It grows in dry forest.

How it is used for food
The latex is chewed.
