What it is like
A climbing plant. It grows 10 m tall. The limbs are hairy. The leaves are large and oval. They are 5-15 cm long and 3-5 cm wide. There are thick hairs on the leaves. The flowering panicles are in the axils of leaves or at the ends of branches. The flowers are 1 cm long.

It is a tropical plant. In China it grows in open forests from sea level to 1,900 m above sea level.
