What it is like
A tree. It grows 5-25 m tall. The trunk is slender and the bark is scaly. The leaves are simple and alternate. They are 2-4.5 cm long. They have a sweetly scented wax. The flowers are yellow-green. The fruit is 6 mm and has 3 small nbuts.

It is a temperate plant. Arboretum Tasmania.
