What it is like

A shrub or small tree. It grows 3-8 m tall. It can be 20 m tall. The trunk can be 90 cm across. The bark is soft and pale coloured. The leaves are compound and in rings of three. They are 45-60 cm long. The leaflets are opposite and without stalks. They are 15 cm long by 7.5 cm wide.

It is used in medicine. As a mouth wash it reduces dental decay from bacteria.
