What it is like
A shrub. It can be erect or straggling. It grows 6 m high. The flowers are in dense groups 3 cm long. They are bright yellow.
There are about 100 Mussaenda species.
Where it is found
It is a tropical plant. It grows in marshy paces in closed forest in West Africa.
