What it is like
A shrub or tree. It grows 6 m tall. The leaves have 7-11 leaflets. The leaflet blades are narrowly oval and 5-6 cm long by 2-3 cm wide. The flowers are at the ends of branches. The flowers are white. The fruit is broadly oval and 6 mm across.
There are 4-5 (12) Murraya species. They occur in tropical Asia and the Pacific.
Where it is found
A tropical plant. It grows on calcareous soils.
