What it is like
A tree. It grows 40 m tall. The branches can start 22 m up the trunk. The trunk is 80 cm across and can have buttresses 1.5 m tall. The fruit is grey-brown and 11.5 cm long by 10 cm wide. There is one large seed.

It is a tropical plant. It grows in the lowlands and can be in land that is sometimes flooded.
