What it is like
A tree. It grows 20 m tall. The trunk is 80 cm across. The leaves are green and 15-26 cm long by 3-5 cm. The leaf stalks is 4-7 cm long. The flowers are in an open group 30 cm long. The fruit are 4-6 cm long. There is one large seed.
Where it is found
It is a tropical plant. It suits the lowland moist tropics. It occurs in Saba and Sarawak. Flowers develop in a wet climate.
