What it is like
A tree. It grows 25-35 m tall. The leaves are clustered at the tips of the twigs. They are broadly spoon shaped. They are 15-55 cm long by 6-22 cm wide. The fruit often occur as 2 together and hang down. They are 2.5-4 cm long by 1.5-3 cm wide. There are 1-2 seeds.
Where it is found
It is a tropical plant. It occurs in W Java up to 600 m above sea level.
