What it is like
A herb. It keeps growing from year to year. The stems can be erect or curving upwards. It is 60 cm long. The leaves to not have leaf stalks. The leaves are 6-9 cm long by 1-3 cm wide.
There are about 230 Commelina species.

It is a tropical plant. It grows in humid mountain slopes.
