What it is like
A herb that grows from seed each year. It grows 10-40 cm tall. The stems can be hairy lower down. The leaves are oval and the edges are wavy and they have teeth. The flowers are in a group at the ends of the branches. The fruit is an oval capsule.
Where it is found
It is a subtropical plant. It grows between 240-1,350 m above sea level in Colombia.
