What it is like

A herb with a bulb. The bulb is 3.5 cm across. The stem is 50 cm tall. The leaves are scattered and narrow. They are 6-8 cm long by 2-3 mm wide. The flowers can occur singly or as several in a group. They are funnel shaped and have a scent. The flowers are white with a yellow tinge at the base.


Where it is found

It is a temperate plant. It grows on rocky slopes and by river banks between 800-2,500 m above sea level in Sichuan.
