What it is like
A shrub. It grows 0.4-2 m tall. The branches are thin and hairy. The leaves are 2-8 cm long by 4-15 mm wide. They are hairy underneath. There are 3-10 flowers in a group. The nutlets are triangle shaped.
Where it is found
It is a tropical plant. It grows in desert or dry areas. In Somalia it grows between 100-1,400 m above sea level.
