What it is like
A herb. It is a spreading plant. It has branching stems 50 cm long. These rise from a woody rootstock. The leaves are broadest near the base and taper to the tip. The leaves are 4 cm long by 2 cm wide. There are a few flowers in a cluster.
There are about 100 Leucas species.
