What it is like
A treelike shrub. The leaves are alternate and the edges are finely or coarsely toothed. The fruit occurs singly or in small clusters in axils of the leaves. The fruit are 1 to 1.5 cm across. T
There are about 15-17 Flacourtia species. Probably now Flacourtia rukam. Also put in the Flacourtiaceae family.
Where it is found
A tropical plant. They occur in Mindanao in the Philippines and are apparently rare.
