What it is like
A shrub or small tree. It grows 5-12 m tall. The bark is smooth and reddish-grey. The leaves are alternate have 3 leaflets. They are shiny and dark green. The leaflets are 4-5 cm long. They are widest among the middle and notched at the tip. The flowers are small and white with 5 or 6 petals. The fruit is a small black one seeded berry.
