What it is like

A vine. The stems are branched, woody and climbing. It has tendrils. The leaves are narrowly oval and 5-13 cm long by 2-7 cm wide. There are 10-30 flowers in a group. The fruit are berries 9 mm across.


Where it is found

It is a tropical plant. It grows in dense forests between 100-1,800 m above sea level in southern China. In Yunnan.
