What it is like

A shrub. It grows 3 m tall. The leaves are compound and 50-60 cm long. They have 3 to 5 leaflets along the stalk. The leaflets are 3-6 cm long by 1-2 cm wide. The flowers are on shoots 70 cm long with side shoots 20 cm long. The flower groups are 2.5 cm across. The fruit are flattened sideways and 8-9 mm wide.


Where it is found

It is a subtropical plant. It grows in forests and on mountain slopes below 800 m above sea level. It grows in Yunnan.
