What it is like
A herb. It has an underground stem or rhizome that is deeply buried. The leaf stalks are 9-21 cm long. The leaves are variegated with white or silver along the veins. The leaves are heart shaped or kidney shaped and 5-10 cm long by 7-14 cm wide. The flowers are erect.
