What it is like
A shrub. It grows 1-3 m high. The leaves are broadly oval and 2 cm long by 1.5 cm wide. The tip is rounded. There are rounded teeth along the edge. The leaves have a white covering underneath. The flowers are pink or red. They occur singly. The fruit are 1.5 cm across and have 4 lobes.
These were in the Sparrmanniaceae and the Tiliaceae.

It is a tropical plant. It grows in shrubland. It can grow in arid places.
