What it is like
A tree. It grows 37 m tall. The trunk can be 70 cm across. The leaves are narrowly sword shaped. They are 9-60 cm long by 1-5 cm wide. They are papery. The fruit is broadly oval and oblique. It is fleshy. It is 8-12 cm long. The flesh is yellow.

Where it is found
A tropical plant. They grow in the humid tropics. It grows in the lowlands and on hill ridges. It grows from sea level up to 150 m above sea level.
