What it is like
A cabbage family herb. It grows up to 80 cm tall. The roots are cylinder shaped and 2 cm across. The leaves are oblong and have lobes along the leaf. The leaves are 5-15 cm long.
There are about 7 Megacarpaea species. It is used in medicine.
Where it is found
It grows in swampy meadows, grassy slopes, open thickets between 3300–4800 m. altitude in China. It grows in Sichuan and Yunnan in China.
