What it is like
A bean family herb or shrub. It grows 1.5 m tall. It forms tubers. The stems are 2-3 mm across. The leaves have 3 leaflets arranged like fingers on a hand. The leaves are 2.5-6.5 cm long. The leaflets are 2-4.6 cm long by 1-2.8 cm wide. The flowers are 6-6.5 mm long.
The leaves are used as medicine.
