What it is like
A herb. It grows 50-80 cm tall. The root is thick and cylinder shaped. The stems are purplish with lines along them. The leaf stalks are 5-10 cm long. The leaves are oval to triangle shaped and 8-10 cm long by 5-8 cm wide. They are divided 2-3 times. The upper leaves are less divided.
