What it is like
A spiny tree. It can grow 18 m tall. It can have one or several trunks. These have a crown of 3-5 angled branches 1 m long and 4-10 cm thick. They have spines. The leaves are 3-7 mm long by 4-6 mm wide. The cup shaped flower heads are yellow.
