What it is like
A large tree. It grows 20 m tall. It loses its leaves during the year. The bark is grey and deeply cracked. The leaves are compound with leaflets opposite. There are teeth along the edge near the tip. The flowers are separately male and female on the same tree. The fruit is a winged nut. It is 3.5 cm long. There is one seed.
Also put in the family Myrsinaceae.
