What it is like
A tree. It grows 30 m tall. The crown is umbrella shaped. The trunk can be 75 cm across. The leaves are at the end of the branches. The leaves are 5-10 cm long by 2-4 cm wide. The fruit are 3-4 cm long and blue.
Where it is found
It is a tropical plant. It is recorded between 2,300-2,800 m above sea level.
