What it is like
A small evergreen tree. It grows 15 m tall. The trunk is short and the crown is irregular. The bark is smooth and pale grey. The leaves are simple and alternate. They are 7-30 cm long by 3-10 cm wide. They are broadly sword shaped and a short tip. The flowers are 5-8 mm across and white or cream. They are in branched clusters at the ends of twigs. The fruit are green and 5 mm across. They have a thin flesh and single hard stone.
