What it is like

A bulb plant. It grows 20-50 cm tall. The leaves are 65 cm long and 8-15 mm wide. They have a white stripe on the upper surface. The flowers start our being erect but become nodding. The flowers are 5 cm across and white. .

Also put in the family Liliaceae and Hyacinthaceae.
