What it is like
A low climber. It grows up to 1 m high. The stem is slender. It is densely covered with fine long white hairs. It forms roots along its length. The leaves are toothed 2-3 times around the edge. The leaves are oval and the top tapers to a point while the base is wedge shaped. The leaves are 8 cm long by 3 cm wide. The leaf stalk is hairy and 3 cm long. The flowers are red and yellow and are produced on the branches below the leaves. The flowers occur in clusters of 7. They are finely white and hairy. The flowers are 5 cm long by 1.5 cm across. The name doesn't seem to be available on line.
Where it is found
A tropical plant. It grows as an understorey plant in mixed mountain forest.
