What it is like
A shrub. The stems are 3 m long. They are arching or trail along the ground. The canes are smooth with broad prickles. The leaves are compound with 3-5 leaflets arranged like fingers on a hand. There are sharp teeth along the edge. The fruit are round and turn black when ripe.
