What it is like

The leaves have leaflets along the stalk in opposite pairs. The base of the leaflet is unequal. The flowers are white. The fruit are warted.

It is a tropical plant. It grows along river banks. It grows in the rainforest. It grows in lowland regions. It suits humid locations. In Nigeria it is recorded up to 1,440 m above sea level.
