What it is like
An annual herb. It grows 20-100 cm tall. The lower leaves are 14 cm long by 11 cm wide and oval or D shaped. There are teeth along the edge.
There are about 100-150-250 Chenopodium species. They are mostly in temperate regions. Also put in the family Chenopodiaceae.

It is a temperate plant. It grows in the Gobi desert.
